Email Notification Management

Live agents can send email updates when they complete a scheduled run, keeping you informed without needing to log into Alfa.

To view and manage email notifications for all live agents:

  1. From any screen on Alfa, click your profile at the bottom left hand corner

  2. Click Settings, and navigate to the Notifications tab

  3. Scroll down to view a complete list of your live agents, including their scheduled frequency and last run date

  4. Use the toggle beside each agent to turn email notifications on or off

  5. Your changes will automatically be saved
