How do I upload and manage custom datasets?

Alfa supports structured macro datasets via the dataset creation endpoint. After creating a dataset, you can upload CSV-formatted data for model consumption. Dataset metadata endpoints let you track column names, schema, and row counts. Deleting a dataset is irreversible and will break any workplan that depended on it, so dataset lifecycle management is important.
