If you encounter an issue in Alfa, please submit a bug report so our team can investigate promptly.

What to include

To help us resolve the issue efficiently, please provide:

  • Intended agent purpose

  • Issue description

  • Priority level

  • Link to the chat or agent

To submit a bug report:

  1. From any screen on Alfa, click your profile at the bottom left corner

  2. Click Help

  3. Select Submit a Bug Report, and include as much detail as possible

  4. Click Submit
