Account Export and Deletion

Your privacy and security matter to us. We want you to feel confident and in control of your information at all times. You have the option to request an export or deletion of your account data:

• Export your account data: Receive a copy of all personal information linked to your account in a portable format.

• Delete your account: Permanently remove all files you’ve uploaded and anonymize any personal data associated with your account, including data stored in our support systems.

To make a request, please complete the Request Account Export or Deletion form. You can find it by clicking the Help button located at the bottom-left corner of Alfa.

Upon submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation email, and our team will process your request within two weeks.
